Registered Veterinary Technician

Born and raised on the island,Cory has always had a love for pets. She worked with animals for 20 years in Vancouver regional Veterinary Hospital before she decided to qualify as a veterinary technician. A 2006 grad from Thompson River’s University Animal Health Technology program, she returned to small animal clinics in various BC locations.

Cory successfully pursued courses in laboratory animal medicine work as a Lab Animal Technician and achieved CALAS certification. An experienced RVT with a wealth of knowledge she’s passionate about Fear-Free techniques and top-notch patient care. Cory’s special interests include gardening, hiking, and animal behaviour.

COVID-19: Additional measures we are taking

Dear Clients,

Due to the close contact that our work requires, we have taken additional measures to protect you and our team while providing care for your furry family members.

Additional measures include:

APPOINTMENTS

Due to the increasing demand for appointments, we are implementing a late cancellation and no show fee. Starting June 2, 2021, appointments missed or cancelled less than 24 hours before will be subject to a $25 fee.

HOURS OF OPERATION

We are still OPEN with the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 6:30 pm
Veterinarians available between 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Following the recommendations of our government and medical experts, we are doing our best to practice social distancing within the constraints of our roles. As such, we have taken measures to avoid both contracting and facilitating the spread of this virus.
